Payment Policy

The reservation is confirmed by depositing the 25% of the total amount to our bank account. In case of cancellation of the reservation up to one month before your arrival, the entire deposit will be returned to the account you will indicate to us.

The remaining amount is paid in cash upon arrival. Alternatively you can deposit it three days before your arrival at the same bank account where you made the first the deposit upon receipt of the keys.

Credit cards not accepted.

In case of cancellation during your stay, you will be refunded with 50% of the amount of the remaining days.

Children, regardless of age, are normally charged if they use their own bed.

For reservations longer than seven nights we offer 10% discount.

Accommodation Policy

Animals are not accepted.

Smoking is prohibited indoors, but it is allowed outside.

Common quiet hours are valid: 15.00 – 17.00 & 23.30 – 08.00.

Social gatherings accompanied by music (party) and overnight stay of visitors are prohibited.

Arrival time after 15.00

Departure time until 11.00.

For an ideal experience, our customers are kindly requested to inform us by e-mail in time about their possible arrival time.

Requests for arrival before 15:00 are considered on a case by case basis.

From the last departure until the next arrival, there is a gap of at least 24 hours.
